No smoking. No pets. The home is licensed to sleep a maximum of 10 adults and 12 guests total. Upper-level bedrooms have low ceilings. Kayak rentals require a signed waiver.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront with a sandy beachfront and snorkeling just steps from the back door. The beach is adjacent to North Side Cemetery Beach. Chisholm's small grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and Over The Edge Restaurant is a 5-minute drive east.
