The house

The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds and storage, and two bathrooms with showers and toilets. One bathroom adjoins a bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room opening onto a terrace provide shared living space with panoramic river views. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes a TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and hair dryer. Bed linen, bath towels and a welcome kit are provided.

The apartment is in the central Théâtre district, near shops, cafés, restaurants, the theater and the Douze and Midouze rivers. Paid parking at Dulamon is 100 m away; free parking at Francis planted is 500 m away. Street parking offers two free hours per day.

Self check-in is available from 16:00, with checkout at 11:00. An online check-in form and an advance security deposit of €299.00 are required. Optional services offered after booking include early check-in, late checkout and a romantic package. Additional services include luggage storage, private drivers, children's equipment and activities. Support is available throughout the stay, with communication preferred through the booking platform.
