The house

The apartment has an open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a third bedroom with a single bed. A separate full-size bathroom is also available. Guests have access to the entire property throughout their stay. Cookware, dishes and silverware, hot water and shampoo are provided. Safety equipment includes a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Trinity College and Grafton Street are a 10-minute walk away. Pearse Street, with pubs, cafés and restaurants, and Pearse station are each a one-minute walk away. Several bus routes run outside the property. The location provides access to Temple Bar, Grand Canal and the Docklands, with Dublin attractions including the Guinness Brewery, St Stephen’s Green, Kilmainham Jail, Christchurch and Dublin Castle within walking distance.
