The apartment has a double-aspect reception room with large windows, original wood floors, decorative fireplace detailing, cornicing and panelling, alongside mid-century and contemporary furnishings. Two additional living spaces include an informal family sitting area and an office with a double sofa bed.

The kitchen has marble countertops, an island, a separate adjoining area for the fridge, and a dining table with a long bench. Equipment includes a cooker, hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery. A washer dryer is in the kitchen.

There are five bedrooms. The principal bedroom has a king-sized bed and street-facing windows. Two bedrooms incorporate bunk beds; the upper bed of the dark-grey bunks is small and best suited to a child rather than an adult. The principal bathroom has a double basin, bathtub and walk-in shower. Three further bathrooms and a separate WC complete the facilities.

Central heating, free wireless internet, a smart TV, bed linen, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The home is suitable for children and infants. It is on the first floor without lift access.
