House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Pets are not permitted. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00 am–10:00 pm. Optional pool and spa heating incurs an extra daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
Getting there
The home is on a quiet residential street in Vista Las Palmas. Palm Canyon Drive is three-quarters of a mile east and within walking distance, with restaurants, galleries, nightlife and the Uptown Design District. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is six miles west.
