Living spaces include a living room and den with fireplaces, a library containing a full bathroom, and a recreation room. The gourmet kitchen has a microwave, an island for dining and a separate formal dining room. Heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. If the dates are not rebooked, the original guest may still use them if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.
