What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00. Check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request and subject to availability.
How many guests can stay at Endless Summer Villa?
The villa accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms and five beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool exclusively for guest use during the stay.
What amenities are included?
Key amenities include parking, a kitchen, air conditioning, a television, Wi-Fi and a pool. Additional amenities may be available on the property page.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. For monthly rentals, weekly housekeeping is typically provided. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Most villas have fiber-optic connections suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work. Guests with specific bandwidth requirements should confirm the connection speed before booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If cancelled or modified more than seven days before arrival, 50% of the booking item amount is charged. If cancelled or modified less than seven days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full booking item amount is charged. The full booking item amount is charged at payment.
