House rules
The responsible renter must be at least 25, unless a different minimum applies under unit-specific terms or law, provide proof of age on request and stay throughout the rental. Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy must not exceed the reservation guest count or the maximum of 12. The renter is responsible for all guests. Stays are temporary only; use as a permanent residence is prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property, including porches, decks and outdoor areas. Pets require authorization in the reservation; bona fide service animals are permitted as required by law, and emotional support animals require authorization as pets. Follow parking rules and lock doors and windows when away. Booking is subject to the Avari Vacation Rental Agreement; unit-specific terms override general terms, and booking-channel terms control in the event of a conflict.
Getting there
Walk approximately half a mile to the Eagle Lift and Crescent Hi-Speed Quad, or take the free shuttle to the mountain. Restaurants and daily essentials are within walking distance.
