House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
Getting there
Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Snowboarders are not allowed at the ski resort. Parking is limited to one car in one garage space.
