Empire Chalet at Flagstaff Lodge is a 2,101-square-foot condo with mountain views, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk room has two captain bunks.

The condo has a private living room, a fireplace, a balcony, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, toaster and standard drip coffee maker. A dining table, washer, dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided.

On-site amenities include a hot tub, gym/fitness room, game room, ski storage, fire pit, full outdoor kitchen and green egg. Foosball, video games, shuffleboard, an arcade game and smart television are available. Complimentary après-ski drinks and shuttle services are offered. The building has an elevator and garage parking for one car.

Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Long-term stays are allowed; stays of eight days or more than eight days have differing cleaning conditions as detailed in the stay rules.

Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions, weather and resort operations. Snowboarders are not allowed at the ski resort. Parking is limited to one car in one garage space.

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone in the group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.

Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit.

For reservations exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately.

Shipping packages or ski gear directly to the home is not permitted. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details.

Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.
