The house

This single-level home sleeps five and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living and dining area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a sectional sofa, a Smart TV and a dining table seating six. Sliding doors lead to a private covered lanai, also accessible from the primary suite, with garden and golf-course views and partial ocean views.

The kitchen has quartz counters, wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, toaster, kettle and rice cooker are provided. The primary ensuite has a dual vanity and walk-in shower; the guest ensuite has a tub/shower combination. Ceiling fans are provided throughout, while air conditioning is limited to a window unit in the guest bedroom.

Guests have access to a shared swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grills, shaded lounge seating and a community room. In-unit laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi, beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella and an insulated cooler bag are provided. A Pack ’n Play is available upon request.

Princeville walking paths, ocean bluffs, shops, cafés and scenic overlooks are within walking distance. Hanalei Bay is a 10-minute drive and Lihue Airport is a 45-minute drive. A car is recommended for exploring nearby beaches and attractions; free on-site parking is available.
