House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 31 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 30 days, 100% is due at booking. Payments are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival; cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund, and cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a refund of all advance payments.
Getting there
The home has two stories, with the main living level upstairs and all three bedrooms on floor 2. Nearby beach access is available.
