House rules
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets, smoking or vaping are allowed. Common-area security cameras are present. For bookings made 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided, less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, a full refund is provided.
Getting there
The condo is on the second floor. A shared elevator is available. Private beach access is via a boardwalk.
