The condo occupies an east-corner position on the second floor of Emerald Key, an 18-unit Gulf-front resort. Its private covered balcony has panoramic beach and Gulf views, sunrise views and outdoor dining. The open living area has a sofa, two chairs and a large flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, utensils, blender, toaster and coffee makers, including a Keurig. The breakfast bar seats three and the dining area seats six.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, private balcony access and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities, granite countertops and a combination tub and shower. Each of the two guest bedrooms has a queen bed. A second full bathroom has granite countertops; bathroom amenities also include a jetted tub, hair dryer and bath towels.

Shared facilities include an outdoor Gulf-front pool with a waterfall feature, private beach access via a boardwalk, charcoal grills, an elevator and gated free parking. The condo has air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, a washer and dryer, smart TV and cable/satellite service, an iron and ironing board, and keyless self check-in. An outdoor shower and common-area security cameras are provided. Bed linens, comforters and coverlets are laundered before every check-in.

The central Orange Beach location is across from shopping and dining, with beach shops, seafood restaurants, cafés and marinas nearby. The Wharf offers shopping, dining, live music and a Ferris wheel.

For bookings made 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days of arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided, less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. For cancellations 31 or more days before arrival, a full refund is provided.
