## About the house

Floor-to-ceiling windows surround an open kitchen, dining and living area with a fireplace. The kitchen has a gas range, island, black cabinetry, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils. Coffee facilities include a coffee maker, espresso machine and grinder; a kettle, toaster, toaster oven, blender and mixer are also provided. An office sits off the main room, with Starlink internet on site.

The primary bedroom opens onto a private deck and has an ensuite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and soaking tub. The guest bedrooms have botanical wallpaper and built-in storage respectively, and share a second full bathroom. Central air conditioning is provided in all three bedrooms.

Outside are a deck off the great room, garden, hammock, picnic table, BBQ, and a firepit with Adirondack chairs and string lights. Firewood is provided. Free parking and a Tesla charger are available. The home also has heating, a washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer, shampoo, a smart TV and toys. Children are welcome, with a high chair and Pack and Play provided. A private entrance and self check-in/check-out are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and first aid kit; security cameras are present.

Downtown Bellingham is about ten minutes down the road. Mt. Baker Ski Area is roughly a one-hour-fifteen-minute drive via Highway 542. Hiking and mountain biking trails are nearby, and a lake is a short drive away for paddling and swimming. The nearest major airport is Bellingham International (BLI). Stays longer than 14 nights require a mid-stay clean, billed at the time of service.
