The house

The main house accommodates six guests and has an open-concept living area, furnished gathering spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Its three bedrooms include a primary bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom, a second guest bedroom and a third guest bedroom with twin XL sleeping arrangements. These bedrooms have central air conditioning. A shared full bathroom also serves the main house.

The separate tiny house accommodates two additional guests and has a king-sized bed, split air conditioning and a full bathroom.

The forested five-acre grounds include a hammock, picnic table, outdoor seating, garden, barbecue and fire pit, with firewood provided. Indoor facilities include a washer and dryer, television and smart TV, toys, a high chair and a pack and play. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, plus coffee-making equipment including an espresso machine and coffee grinder.

Starlink internet, free parking and a Tesla charger are available. The property has a private entrance, self check-in and check-out, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, first aid kit and security cameras.

Located along Highway 542, the property is 10 minutes from downtown Bellingham and one hour and 15 minutes from Mt. Baker Ski Area. Nearby trails and lake access offer opportunities for hiking, mountain biking and water activities.
