The property is not suitable for unrelated guests. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited; reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $130.00 per night of the reservation.
