The house

The single-floor villa has an open kitchen, living and dining area with two sofas, air conditioning and satellite television. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and cooking utensils.

Both bedrooms have wardrobes and air conditioning: one has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers, including one outside. A laundry area provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A cot and high chair are available for babies; towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The private saltwater pool measures 10 by 5 metres and is 0.80–2.10 metres deep. Beside it are an outdoor shower and four sun loungers. The outdoor areas include a garden, terrace with a portable barbecue and a furnished porch for meals. Free outdoor parking accommodates three cars, and free Wi-Fi is available.

Ses Salines town is 2.1 km away. Platja des Dolç is 4.1 km away and Es Trenc is 7 km away. Ses Covetes is another nearby beach, and the surrounding rural paths can be explored on foot or by bicycle.
