The renovated house has a garden with sun loungers, a terrace and a shaded porch with a barbecue and a large dining table. The private saltwater pool measures 5 × 2.75 m and has a constant depth of 1.50 m. A further terrace with a lounge area is reached by stairs. The house has direct neighbours.
On the ground floor, the living-dining room has a Smart TV and opens onto an equipped kitchen with an oven/stove and microwave. There is also a toilet, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first floor has three bedrooms, each with a double bed; two bedrooms have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms on this floor: an en-suite bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub.
