The house

Elm Park Gardens IV occupies 101 sqm in a historic building, with contemporary interiors in predominantly white tones, Barcelona and Ghost chairs, and artwork. Both bedrooms have a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom and a flatscreen television; a stereo system is also provided.

The equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include free internet, cable television, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

There is no air conditioning. Fans are provided in each bedroom from May through September; request fans for stays outside this period. The building has a small elevator accommodating three people, which may not fit a pushchair.

King’s Road offers shops and nightlife, with Fulham Road and Sloane Square also nearby. The Thames can be reached on foot, museums by a short cab ride, and the Underground journey from South Kensington to Covent Garden takes ten minutes.

The minimum stay is five nights. Children, toddlers and babies are accepted, but the home is suitable for only one child under 12. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
