House rules
No parties or venue use. No smoking. Pets are not permitted. The garden sleep-out is a stand-alone bedroom in the back garden. Additional charges apply for additional cleaning, oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal.
Getting there
The property is a few minutes' easy walk from Nelson city centre. One off-street car park is provided, and additional parking is available on the quiet street.
