The open-plan interior includes a 75-foot-long Elizabethan-style salon with 40-foot ceilings and copper-clad details, plus a glass conservatory adjoining the renovated, fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Three bedrooms are on the main floor: one with two twin beds, one with a queen bed and an ensuite shower bathroom, and one with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a balcony/deck. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; bedrooms two, three and four have TVs. A fourth full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is on the main floor. The three-acre grounds include a private outdoor gunite pool, a fountain, a deck/patio, lounge chairs, patio furniture and a grill. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board are provided. The home also has Wi-Fi, heating, hot water and a fireplace. East Hampton shops, restaurants, art galleries and beaches are a short distance away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. No guests beyond the maximum occupancy of eight are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may involve additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees and/or a security deposit. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If the dates are not rebooked, guests may use their original reservation provided payments comply with the payment schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement's coverage details.
