The open-plan living area has a dual-sided fireplace, a bar cart and record player, plus a secondary lounge with a smart TV and pool views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an island with bar seating, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Indoor dining seats ten. The walled, landscaped backyard has a pool and spa, chaise lounges, an outdoor shower, a fire pit lounge, a BBQ grill and a shaded dining table for eight.
