The home accommodates eight guests in one king bedroom and three queen bedrooms. The open-plan living area has a dual-sided fireplace, a bar cart and record player, plus a secondary lounge with a smart TV and pool views. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, an island with bar seating, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Indoor dining seats ten. The walled, landscaped backyard has a pool and spa, chaise lounges, an outdoor shower, a fire pit lounge, a BBQ grill and a shaded dining table for eight. Linens, towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided.

The home is in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Palm Canyon Drive is accessible on foot or by bike. North Lykken Trail, Indian Canyons, Escena and Cimarron Golf Resort are nearby.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Dogs only are permitted; no other pets are allowed. Optional pool and spa heating incurs an extra daily fee and should be requested before arrival; allow up to 48 hours for heating.
