The house

The home accommodates up to 14 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms. Open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows. A large outdoor deck provides alfresco dining, and there is a balcony. Lounge rooms have Smart TVs and a sound bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes stone benchtops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available.

Recreation facilities include foosball, ping pong and a pool table. Linen is provided, and smoke alarms are installed. The laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, clothes line and iron. There are four bathrooms and a powder room: a ground-floor bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity; two second-floor bathrooms with shower, toilet and vanity; a further second-floor bathroom with shower, bath, separate toilet and vanity; and a first-floor powder room with toilet and vanity.
