The home accommodates up to 14 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms. Open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows. A large outdoor deck provides alfresco dining, and there is a balcony. Lounge rooms have Smart TVs and a sound bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes stone benchtops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes and silverware. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available. Recreation facilities include foosball, ping pong and a pool table. Linen is provided, and smoke alarms are installed. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests recorded on the booking. Forced moves in days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
