Guests have exclusive access to the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. A small entrance hallway leads to an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The fully equipped self-catering kitchen has new appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware. The living area includes a sofa, reading chair, flat-screen TV and dining table for four.

Both double bedrooms have storage and open onto a sunny wooden patio terrace surrounded by mature trees. The larger bedroom has a private ensuite with a newly fitted shower. The separate bathroom has a bath and shower.

One free parking space is at the front door. Local cafés, pubs and convenience stores are minutes away. Shankill village is three minutes away and Bray is ten minutes away. Shankill DART Station is approximately a 10–15-minute walk from Olcovar.

The stay includes 24/7 guest support, professional cleaning, and hotel-quality bed linen and towels. Hot water, a carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit are provided.
