The house

The lower level has a dedicated TV room and a full laundry with a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. The main level has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with high-end appliances, plus a leafy deck with outdoor seating and dining. Kitchen equipment includes cookware, dishes and silverware, a dishwasher and kettle. A smart TV is in the lounge.

The main-level bedroom has a single bed, with an additional guest toilet on that level. The third level has a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom. There is ambient lighting and night lighting on the stairs. Other amenities include hot water, shampoo, room-darkening shades and a smoke detector.

Guests have access to the house except for one locked bedroom and the locked garage. Benson Road cafés are a quick stroll away, and the park/playground, Orakei Basin and village are a short walk away. Beaches and Newmarket are a short drive away. Auckland CBD is 10–12 minutes away by car, with bus and train connections also available.
