No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. The property is not suitable for children aged 2–12 or infants under 2. Parties or events may lead to eviction and additional charges for damages or extra cleaning. A nightly city tax may apply and is collected before check-in; arranging this in advance is recommended.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor. Keys must be collected at a nearby market approximately a 10-minute walk away; confirm its opening hours before arrival. Construction in a neighboring building may cause daytime noise. Alma-Marceau station on Line 9 is five minutes away, with Franklin D. Roosevelt station on Lines 1 and 9 farther on. Driving is less convenient because parking is limited; metro, bus and walking are recommended.
