The house

Oak Manor accommodates up to eight guests in four bedrooms: two bedrooms each have one queen bed, and two bedrooms each have two twin beds. The home has 4.5 bathrooms, central air conditioning and a living room with cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher.

Outdoor spaces include a wraparound porch with a partial water view, a deck and a furnished patio with a gas grill. An outdoor shower, washer and dryer are available; the laundry amenities are identified as being in a common space. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided.

The home is one block from the park and three blocks from the town center. The ferry, downtown, island bus and beach are within easy walking distance. Inkwell Beach and Oak Bluffs Town Beach are less than a five-minute walk away. The Flying Horses Carousel, arcades, bowling alleys and ice cream parlors are nearby.
