Guests must submit digital copies of their passports before check-in. The apartment is for domestic stays only, not commercial business operations. Return access cards in good condition at check-out; replacement of lost cards costs AED600.00. Smoking indoors is prohibited; evidence of smoking results in a charge for odor removal, duct cleaning and furniture cleaning.
Getting there
Dubai Mall, DIFC and the metro are nearby. A link bridge provides convenient access to Dubai Mall and the metro. Restaurants, a supermarket, salon and laundry services are in the surrounding area. The shared swimming pool is closed until further notice for maintenance.
