The apartment is on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Its entrance opens into a spacious living area with a sofa, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The kitchen includes a moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator and freezer.
The master bedroom is accessed from the living room and has a private bathroom and a mezzanine with a desk and armchair. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe, a desk and another mezzanine. Both bathrooms have showers; the second bathroom has a double sink. There is also a mirrored wardrobe in the entrance area. The apartment's three beds comprise one queen-size bed and two single beds.
