The house

This renovated terrace accommodates eight guests across three air-conditioned bedrooms and a day/sofa bed. Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, one double bed and a day/sofa bed with two single mattresses. Original wall details remain alongside modern comforts, including air conditioning throughout and heated bathroom floors.

The ground floor has a living/dining area and a separate sitting area overlooking the outdoor deck. A first-floor family area includes a dedicated workspace. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and cookware, and the downstairs laundry has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are two bathrooms: one has a bathtub and separate shower; the other has a shower and laundry facilities. There are two toilets with bidets. Other amenities include hot water, shampoo, room-darkening shades, a smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.

Guests have full access to the property. Nearby cafes, restaurants, historic streets and cultural venues are within the Millers Point, The Rocks and Walsh Bay area. Harbour Bridge is an eight-minute walk away, Barangaroo Reserve five minutes, the Opera House 21 minutes and Darling Harbour 15 minutes.
