House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. All checking-in guests must provide a passport or valid ID as required by Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism (DET). A security deposit of 2000 د.إ is collected on arrival and returned 7–14 days after checkout, subject to a property damage inspection. Cancellation is free until 14 days before arrival; cancellation within 14 days of arrival incurs the total reservation price.
Getting there
The private beach is steps away. Marina Walk, JBR and Dubai Marina’s dining and retail areas are easily accessible.
