The house

Elchann accommodates up to five guests in two bedrooms with two queen-size beds and a single sofa bed in the living room. There are two bathrooms with showers and a fully equipped kitchen-living area. The living room overlooks an inner courtyard furnished with a table and armchairs; a terrace is also available. El.Chi.Ma. contains two independent apartments.

The kitchen includes a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Guests have access to Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, television, a hairdryer and mosquito nets. Air conditioning is available in the living room. Outdoor parking is available within the property.

A cot and high chair are available on request for 25€ per stay, per item. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.

Polizzi Generosa is a medieval village in Madonie Natural Park, with churches, convents, historic palaces, artisan shops and restaurants serving regional dishes. A hazelnut festival takes place every August with folkloric shows and popular music. Palermo Airport is 128 km away.
