Is parking available?
Parking is directly in front of the hotel. Carport spaces may also be used depending on occupancy. Parking costs €5 per car per night.
What are the reception hours?
The reception is staffed until 23:00.
Can I arrive late?
Please notify the hotel if arriving after 19:00. Late arrival can be arranged subject to availability.
Are children allowed in the wellness area?
Children are welcome in the wellness area. Children under 14 may enter the sauna and nude area only when accompanied.
What are the breakfast prices?
Breakfast is free for ages 0–5, €12 for ages 6–11, and €24 from age 12.
Are sports equipment storage facilities available?
A free sports room is available for storing and drying hiking, biking, skiing, and snowboarding equipment.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in all room categories for €10 per pet per night. They are not allowed in restaurant or wellness areas.
Do all rooms have minibars?
Yes. Rooms in all categories have a minibar.
