## About the house

The 100 m² apartment is on the seventh floor of a twelve-storey building with a lift. It has a terrace with sea views and a living room with a Smart TV, air conditioning and a chaise longue. One bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe; the second has two single beds and a wardrobe. A double sofa bed and a single sofa bed provide accommodation for three additional guests.

The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and tea towels. A washing machine, towels and free Wi-Fi are provided. There is free outdoor parking for one car.

The shared chlorine pool measures 32 by 25 metres and is 1.20–2.10 metres deep. A children's pool and parasols are also available. Pool opening dates depend on community regulations and may change seasonally without notice; updated information is available on arrival.
