House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. The property manager must meet guests upon arrival to review local vacation rental guidelines. Follow the good neighbor policy and do not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Pets are not permitted.

Demuth Park is less than a mile from the home and has walking and biking paths, a tennis court, pickleball courts, baseball diamonds and a fitness facility.
