The house

The 200 m² house occupies two storeys. Outdoors there is a chlorinated 8 × 4 m pool, 1.6–1.9 m deep, a small garden, a terrace with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue, balconies and a furnished 14 m² porch.

The ground-floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Upstairs are three bedrooms, each with two single beds. Two upstairs bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub; another has a wardrobe. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. There is also a ground-floor toilet, and one baby cot is available.

The air-conditioned living-dining room has two sofas, a dining table and chairs, satellite television and a DVD player. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle-free tea towels, juicer and crockery. A high chair, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels are available. The house uses aerothermal energy and has recycling measures. Wi-Fi is available.

Cala Sant Vicenç has a small supermarket, shops and restaurants. Nearby coves include Cala Molins, Cala Carbó and Cala Clara. Pollença and Puerto de Pollença are about 10 minutes away by car; Puerto de Pollença has a seafront promenade, shops and restaurants.
