House rules
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Outdoor music is prohibited. Indoor music must not be audible outdoors; music audible at the property line violates the stated city ordinance. Daytime conversation and other people noise must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is 10:00–22:00. Up to 2 pets are welcome; share pet details with the team. A 2-night minimum stay applies.
Getting there
The home is in South Palm Desert, two miles from El Paseo. The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens is one mile east, and Indian Wells Tennis Garden is six miles east.
