The home sleeps eight guests in two king beds and two queen beds. The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom and sliding-door access to the pool and backyard. Three additional bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower. All four bedrooms have HD TVs, and the living area has seating and an HD TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop and breakfast-bar seating, plus a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster and cooking utensils. Outdoors there is a covered BBQ/kitchen and a covered poolside lanai with a misting system and dining seating for six. Landscaped grounds have evening lighting. Linens, towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided.

The home is north of Palm Springs International Airport. Downtown Palm Springs is a three-mile drive away. Joshua Tree National Park is 35 miles away.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, with proof of age required. Outdoor music is prohibited, and indoor music must not be audible outdoors or at the property line. Daytime voices must remain measured and reasonable; daytime is defined as 10:00–22:00. Optional pool and spa heating carries an additional daily fee and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
