The outdoor area has a private chlorine pool measuring 8 × 5 m, with depths from 1 to 2.5 m, a barbecue and a porch with mountain views and table football.
On the ground floor, the living-dining room has air conditioning and a Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen has a ceramic hob, cooking utensils and a microwave. A fireplace, washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. This floor has one double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two further bedrooms each have two single beds, and another bathroom has a bathtub. All four bedrooms have air conditioning. Two cots and three high chairs are available for babies.
