Smoking and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome. Christmas and New Year stays require a 10-night minimum. Occupancy pricing is based on double occupancy per bedroom. An 18% service fee and a separate resort fee apply. The security deposit equals one night's stay. Casa de Campo registration is required before arrival; guests provide names and passport numbers and receive a stay ID card. Mandatory resort access fees are paid directly to the resort: $25 per adult per day for guests 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4 through 12, and complimentary access for children under 4. Resort access includes the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Spa, golf courses with advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center.

Minitas Beach is 2.5 miles away, the Marina is 1.8 miles away, and Altos de Chavon is 0.6 miles away. The Golf Pro Shop and Equestrian Center are each 3 miles away, the Tennis Center is 2.4 miles away, and the Shooting Center is 3.4 miles away.
