The house

The 200 m² villa has four double bedrooms: three with a double bed each and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms have bathtubs, and one is en suite. A smaller glazed porch has sun-blocking curtains and a double sofa bed for the two extra guests. A larger glazed, furnished porch provides space for family gatherings with sea and mountain views. The double-height living room has a television and CD player, and oil central heating serves the whole house. There is no air conditioning. The separate rustic-style kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, appliances and cooking utensils. Wi-Fi is free; a crib and ironing board are available.

Outside are a furnished 40 m² terrace with barbecue, two hammocks and a garden with sculptures, fountains, plants, trees and night lighting. The private covered saltwater pool measures 8 × 7 m and is 1.7 m deep; it is not heated. A seven-person cold-water jacuzzi and sauna are available only from 15 June to 15 September, between 10:00 and 22:00. Jacuzzi water is renewed every seven days, with one day out of use.

Ador town is 0.4 km away and Gandia Beach is 15 km away. The Sierra de Ador offers the Barranc and Font de Lloret landscapes, the Serra de Ador Nature Classroom and an approximately 6 km mountain walking route passing Cova Figueral, which has Neolithic archaeological remains. The villa is intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Pets weighing up to 30 kg are welcome, and free exterior parking accommodates two cars.
