The house

The upstairs kitchen, dining area and living room share an open floor with tile floors and ceiling fans. The kitchen has a granite island with four stools, a refrigerator, gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. The living area has a sectional and TV. Sliding doors lead to a covered upper lanai overlooking the park and ocean, with a BBQ, long dining table and outdoor sectional.

Downstairs, the bonus room has a twin sleeper sofa, TV, split air conditioning and dining nook, with sliding doors onto a shaded patio. The patio has a loveseat near the private yard’s beach gate. A hot/cold outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after the beach.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, wall-mounted TV, split air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen four-poster bed and split air conditioning; Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Both full bathrooms have walk-in showers and custom tile. Air conditioning is partial, with ceiling fans throughout.

Facilities include a washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV, beach towels, a garage and free parking. The property is gated and has security cameras on site. Ants, geckos, chickens and other local wildlife are part of country living here.

The North Shore bike path runs along Kamehameha Highway toward Waimea Bay and Sunset Beach, passing food trucks. Grocery stores, the Waimea Falls hike, and restaurants and golf at Turtle Bay Resort are a short drive away.

Rentals are monthly only, with a fixed monthly charge regardless of the number of nights stayed. The house is currently for sale; the property manager will contact guests to arrange showings at a convenient time.
