The apartment sits on a quiet residential street just behind Kensington’s bustling high street and combines modern interiors with traditional architectural features. An open-plan lounge leads into a dining room and spacious kitchen, with large windows providing natural light.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private ensuite with a bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite shower room. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, freezer, fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, TV and sound system are provided. Free internet is available. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are provided.

Harrods and Harvey Nichols are less than a ten-minute walk away. The Victoria & Albert Museum and Natural History Museum are nearby.

The home is on the third floor with elevator access, but there are two entrance steps and small flights of steps elsewhere inside. There is no air conditioning; fans are provided in each bedroom from May to September and may be requested outside that period. The fireplace is ornamental. The water pump makes a loud sound for a minute or two after a bathroom has been used. Security cameras cover the building’s communal areas.
