The condo has Gulf views from the living room, fully equipped kitchen and private balcony. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the carpeted living room, which has a sofa, two chairs and a large-screen TV. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, cookware and dishes.

The bedroom has a king-size bed and TV, with an en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space in the living room. Linens and bath towels are provided. The condo has air conditioning, heating, free wireless internet, a washing machine and dryer.

The 110-acre resort has 11 shared pools, 10 heated seasonally, a children's splash area, four shared hot tubs, a fitness center and training studio. Sports facilities include an executive par-3 golf course, a basketball hoop, three pickleball courts, 10 shuffleboard courts and 10 tennis courts. Tennis sessions with an expert are available.

On-site dining includes Oceans Bar & Grill by the main lagoon pool deck, Blenders Poolside Bar and Shakers Poolside Bar. Edgie's Corner Market sells items including ice cream and beach floats. Complimentary resort tram transportation is available in season. The gated resort has an elevator, business center and paid parking. Security cameras are present in common areas.

Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations 15–30 days before arrival receive a 50% refund less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a full refund.
