House rules
The minimum age to rent is 25. Pets, smoking and vaping are not allowed. For bookings made 30 or more days before arrival, 30% is due at booking; within 29 days before arrival, 100% is due at booking. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a full refund.
Getting there
The condominium is Gulf-front, with access to the resort’s half-mile-long private beach. Dining and shopping are a short walk away; Pier Park and St. Andrews State Park are a short ride away. Parking is paid.
