Floor-to-ceiling windows feature in the living room and primary bathroom, and the primary bedroom has beach views. A private balcony is accessible from both the living room and kitchen. The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. Sleeping arrangements comprise one king bed in Bedroom 1, two queen beds in Bedroom 2, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Shared resort facilities include 11 heated swimming pools, an 11,000-square-foot Polynesian-style lagoon pool with waterfalls and islands, four hot tubs and six reflecting ponds. Guests have access to the resort’s half-mile-long private beach. The resort also has an on-site golf course, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, shuffleboard, a fitness room, a full-service spa, a business center, a sundry shop, restaurants, bars and a poolside bar. Seasonal tram/shuttle service and an elevator are available. The community is gated, and security cameras are present in common areas.

For cancellations 15–30 days before arrival, a 50% refund is provided less the service fee, travel insurance premium and applicable taxes. Cancellations 31 or more days before arrival receive a full refund.
