House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Babies and older children from around age five to six upwards are welcome; toddlers are not accepted because of the stairs. Request preparation of the single sofa bed when booking. Full refund for cancellation at least five days before check-in; no refund for cancellation less than five days before arrival.
Getting there
The home spans three floors with no internal elevator. Stairs may be steep, and the home may not suit guests with mobility issues. Notting Hill Underground station is a two-minute walk away; Kensington High Street is a ten-minute walk away. Scaffolding is present on the neighbouring building during works; noise disturbance has so far been minimal.
